The menu and our surprising wine selection change regularly, allowing us to continuously offer new flavors and experiences. The characteristics of our cuisine are pure flavors, simplicity, and quality.
Joann always offers one menu, with the choice of 5 to 7 courses. You can choose the number of dishes yourself or go ‘all the way’ for a special experience with the Menu Joann.
The wines are carefully selected by our Sommelier, René Dommerholt, for a harmonious pairing. For those who don’t drink wine, Maître Femke Gröniger creates surprising and unique alternatives, ranging from juices and cocktails to infusions, so everyone can enjoy a special experience.

Alongside our familiar Menu Joann, there is also the option to enjoy a fully vegetarian menu. In this green menu, we use as many local products as possible, including ingredients from the Enschede Groeituin in collaboration with DCW. A place where not only vegetables and fruits, but also people flourish.
